Indications
Magnesium B2 is a supplement composed of magnesium citrate (equivalent to 300 mg of magnesium) and vitamin B2 (2 mg).

The human body requires approximately 300-375 mg of magnesium per day. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is involved in numerous reactions.
Magnesium and vitamin B2 have a synergistic action and together contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, sugar, dextrose, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate), natural flavors (orange: concentrated orange juice powder; lime: concentrated lime juice powder), riboflavin (vitamin B2).
Each sachet contains 2 g of magnesium citrate, equivalent to 300 mg of magnesium, i.e. magnesium ions (Mg2+).

Directions for use and Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 sachet per day.
Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass and pour at least 150 ml of water. The drink is ready.
