Indications
Magnesium and Potassium is a magnesium and potassium supplement enriched with aspartic acid, creatine and other nutrients.
Magnesium intervenes in the process of cell division, promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis and the well-being of bones and teeth.
Together with potassium it promotes muscle function, while with vitamins B1, B6, and C it promotes the correct functioning of the nervous system and contributes to normal psychological functions.
Potassium is also useful for maintaining normal blood pressure.
Finally, magnesium, vitamins B6 and C help combat the tiredness and fatigue and with manganese promote energy metabolism.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 level scoop (7.5 g) dissolved in 250 ml of water, one to three times a day at any time (7.5 to 22.5 g per day).
Pour the powder into a dry glass, add the water and then stir. Reseal tightly after use.
