Composition and Properties

• Promotes sleep induction:
  Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained shortly before bedtime by taking 1 mg.

  Chamomile contributes to mental relaxation and therefore to physiological sleep.
• Mental relaxation:
  Chamomile and Melissa contribute to mental relaxation.
• Tiredness:
  Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness.

  Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, even during the night.
• Support for the psyche and nervous system:
  Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Relieves the effects of jet lag:
  Melatonin helps relieve the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, shortly before bedtime, and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking one teaspoon a day in a cup of warm or hot water (200 ml) like a classic herbal tea.
Possibly take one hour before bedtime.
