Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq., flos et folium) dry extract tit. 4% vitexin, L-tryptophan; bulking agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), melatonin.
Gluten and lactose-free.

Directions for Use and Dosage
