How to use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 15-30 drops diluted in a little water, preferably lukewarm, twice a day between meals.

One dropper pipette is equivalent to approximately 15 drops.
Because these are highly concentrated extracts, a deposit may appear at the bottom; it is advisable to shake well before use.
