How to use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 30-80 drops diluted in a little water, preferably lukewarm, 2-3 times a day before or after meals.
One dropper pipette is equivalent to approximately 15 drops.
Because they are highly concentrated extracts, they can be taken in small doses. A sediment may appear on the bottom; we recommend shaking well before use.
