Indications
ColonFIT Advance is a food supplement based on psyllium fiber, oat fiber, beta-glucans, and inulin.
It contains a mix of dietary fibers useful for intestinal well-being.
It promotes physiological intestinal transit, helps keep serum cholesterol and glucose levels under control, and promotes early satiety, useful in weight loss and body weight management programs.

Psyllium (Plantago psyllium L., seed husk), oat fiber, inulin; acidifier: citric acid; natural flavors, maltodextrin; emulsifier: soy lecithin; calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: magnesium oxide.

Directions for use and dosage
1 to 3 sachets per day at any time of the day, always one hour before or two hours after taking any medications. Dissolve one sachet in at least 200 ml of still water. To promote a feeling of satiety, it is useful to take it before main meals. Avoid taking Colonfit in the evening, immediately before bedtime.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging.
Storage
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
