Licormap is a supplement based on Licorice and Manjistha which have a beneficial effect on joint function.
Ingredients
Powder of: Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, Ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] root, Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia L.) root; Stabilizer: gum arabic; Anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate. Ingredients from non-EU agriculture.

Content of plant ingredients per daily dose: Licorice 541 mg, Ashvagandha 319 mg, Manjistha 106 mg.
Directions for use and Dosage
Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets. 1 tablet twice a day, half an hour before main meals.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Give preference to light foods, honey, rice, milk, ghee. Avoid canned and generally preserved foods, potatoes, fatty and spicy foods. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol in general. Take warm baths and expose yourself to the sun in the early morning for five to ten minutes.
Storage
Close the container after use, store in a cool (15-25°C), dry place, away from sunlight.
