Ashwagandha is a tonic-adaptogen, useful in cases of physical and mental fatigue. It contributes to relaxation and mental well-being. Lavender contributes to relaxation (sleep, in cases of stress) and normal mood.

Dunal.] root dry extract titrated 2.5% withanolides; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnolia (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson) bark dry extract titrated 50% honokiol; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; lavender (Lavandula heterophylla Viv.) o.e.
