Indications
Lemix is ​​a biphasic food supplement formulated with plant extracts of Bacopa, rhodiola, feverfew, Griffonia, and enriched with theanine, arginine, magnesium, melatonin, and B vitamins.
It is useful in cases of deficiency or increased physiological need for these nutrients. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Bip., capsule] dry extract titrated 0.8% parthenolides, magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-arginate hydrochloride, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (Dc.) Directions for Use and Dosage
It is recommended to take one red tablet in the morning and one blue tablet in the evening, swallowed without chewing.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains caffeine and is therefore not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Recommended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum daily dose of caffeine of 200 mg from all sources.
