Indications
Legarex Artro is a food supplement designed to support bone and cartilage health. Its formula includes chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, L-carnitine, MSM, reduced glutathione, vitamins C and D, IALUTOP-5 (a blend of hyaluronic acid with five different molecular weights), and selenium. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, essential for the function of bones and cartilage, and together with selenium, it protects cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D promotes the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, maintains normal blood calcium levels and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Ingredients
Water, bovine chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine sulfate 2KCL from fermentation, L-carnitine, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane); acidity regulator: citric acid; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), reduced L-glutathione*, natural flavor; sweetener: steviol glycosides; sodium hyaluronate (IALUTOP-5 hyaluronic acid); stabilizer: xanthan gum; preservative: potassium sorbate; vitamin D (cholecalciferol, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide, starch and sodium octenylsuccinate, sunflower seed oil and sodium ascorbate), L-selenomethionine; preservative: sodium benzoate.

Directions for Use and Dosage
We recommend taking one stick pack diluted in a glass (200 ml) of water once a day.
