Indications

The combination of Monascus and Guggul in excellent synergy. Presence of substances all aimed at the physiological control of cholesterol and triglycerides.

Monascus (fermented red rice) contains Monakolin K, a plant-based statin approved for Lovastatin, which represents the precursor of an entire class of drugs, statins, which are the treatment of choice for dyslipidemia. Its properties are therefore well known and it is present in all preparations on the market.

Guggul (a resin obtained from the bark of Commiphora mukul, well-known in China) contains, together with other substances, steroid compounds called guggulsterones, as well as two different isomers called guggulsterones E and Z, which are mainly responsible for the beneficial effect of guggul on lipid metabolism. Guggul has a hypolipidemic action and is a preventative measure in cardiovascular diseases thanks to its antioxidant capacity and its ability to inhibit platelet aggregation. Guggul works in optimal synergy with Monascus and the omega-3 present in the product. Policosanols inhibit the production of endogenous cholesterol. Chromium and phytosterols inhibit the production of exogenous cholesterol.

Guggul (Commiphora mukul Hook) purified resin dry extract Titrated 10% guggulipids and 2.5% guggulipids E+Z, Fermented red rice (Rice-Kolin tm) seeds dry extract Tit. 1.5% monacolin K. Bulking agents: Calcium and dibasic phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose. Fish oil powder 65% tit. 42% EPA and 27.6% DHA. Polyvinylpyrrolidone. Anti-caking agents: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide, Vegetable magnesium stearate. Vitamin E acetate, Phytopin dry extract tit. 98% phytosterols, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarium L.) juice dry extract, Tit. 60% octacosanols, Chromium picolinate. Coating: gelatin.

Directions for use

2 capsules in the evening before bedtime.
Maintenance: 1 capsule in the evening before bedtime.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
