Indications
Ko-Sterol by Integrattiva is a food supplement based on Monacolins, Olive Leaf Extract, Policosanols, Naringin, Phytosomal Coenzyme Q10 and Folate as Methyl Folate, indicated for people (adults), typically over 40, with high LDL cholesterol levels (total cholesterol and HDL ratio "cardiovascular risk index", must be less than 5 for men and 4.5 for women) and particularly suitable for those suffering from metabolic syndrome. Monacolins K from fermented red rice titrated at 3% contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The dry extract of Olive leaves titrated at 40% in polyphenols such as Oleuropein acts by regulating fats in the blood such as cholesterol and triglycerides.

Directions for use and Dosage
