Kiril is composed of:

  • Chamomile: Has a muscle relaxant effect caused by stress.
  • Valerian: Counteracts anxiety thanks to its sedative properties.
  • Linden: Promotes relaxation.
  • Hawthorn: Acts on the cardiovascular system by lowering blood pressure.
