Kinova Humax is a food supplement based on plant extracts, tryptophan, alpha-lipoic acid, and vitamin B6.
Griffonia seeds are useful in controlling hunger. Rhodiola root and saffron stigmas support normal mood. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological function.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 tablets daily with plenty of water.
