Ingredients
Corn starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose-coated capsules, blend of bacterial strains [bacterial strains*, corn starch; contains milk and milk products (milk proteins)]; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Gluten-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
Take 3 capsules once a day without chewing with sufficient liquid during a meal (morning, midday or evening) for a period of 3 days (treatment cycle). 3 days with a total of 9 capsules = 1 cycle). Repeat at weekly intervals for at least 3 cycles.
For children aged 1 year and over, we recommend 1 capsule per day, 2 capsules per day for children aged 10 years and over, and 3 capsules per day for children aged 15 years and over. Since there is a risk of choking in younger children if swallowed, the capsule must be opened and the contents must be swallowed with a little liquid.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
