Indications
The 4 different strains of probiotics contained in Iside 4R Plus, for a total of 10 billion lactic ferments, are useful in promoting the maintenance of the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
Folate, vitamin D, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Folate, vitamin D,B2,B6 andB12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Bioecolians is a natural alpha-glucan-oligosaccharide that represents a source of sustenance for probiotics (fibre with prebiotic effect).
Composition
Food supplement based on 10 billion probiotics (Bifidobacterium anim. ssp. lactis Bi1, L. Rhamnosus LB21, L. Plantarum LB931, L. Crispatus KS127.1), prebiotics (alpha-glucan-oligosaccharides, Bioecolians®), folic acid, vitamin D and B vitamins (B2, B6, B12).

How to use e Dosage
We recommend taking 1 capsule per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
