Ipnosil is a food supplement based on California poppy, hops, green tea, jujube and melatonin. With sweetener.
- California poppy and hops promote relaxation and sleep;
- Jujube, in addition to promoting relaxation and sleep, is useful for mental well-being;
- Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) herb dry extract tit. 0.35% protopine, hops (Humulus lupulus L.) strobilus dry extract tit. 5% flavonoids, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaf dry extract tit. 40% theanine and 24% EGCG, jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill.) seed dry extract tit. 3% saponins, flavouring; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; Melatonin.
Gluten- and lactose-free.
Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking one sachet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
