Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 plant tablets and 1 lactic ferments tablet up to 3 times a day as needed with a large glass of water.
Children from 6 years: 1 plant tablet and 1 lactic ferments tablet up to 2 times a day as needed with a large glass of water.
