Indications

Lenifren is a supplement based on vitamins and plant ingredients. Useful for promoting physiological mood tone or for restoring natural good mood in the presence of alterations attributable to a frenetic pace of life or an unbalanced diet. Contains:

• Vitamin E, characterized by significant antioxidant activity, actively intervenes against the attack of free radicals, plays an active role in the metabolic processes inherent in the proper functioning of epithelial cells and the skin in general.
• Vitamin PP, defined as the vitamin of mental and nervous balance; according to some it could be the vitamin of optimism, as it tonics the central nervous system and attenuates mood swings. Nicotinamide (Vitamin PP) deficiency has negative repercussions on the epidermal, gastrointestinal, and central nervous systems and is essential for energy production.
• Vitamin B6, a coenzyme that intervenes in the physiological metabolism of carbohydrates. It participates in the synthesis of all neurotransmitters (serotonin - melatonin) and is necessary for immune defenses, to combat nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, in premenstrual syndrome, and contributes to the neutralization of excess homocysteine.
• Magnesium, is an essential mineral, responsible for many metabolic processes, including energy production, useful in fatigue, premenstrual syndrome, and for regulating muscle contraction.
• Lemon balm, a characteristic plant whose aerial parts contain rosmarinic acid, is considered useful in cases where one wishes to induce natural relaxation with its antispasmodic action. It relieves anxiety, especially those accompanied by restlessness and irritability, which are typically female.
• Griffonia (95% 5-hydroxytryptophan extract), is useful for maintaining the physiological levels of serotonin and melatonin needed to manage anxiety and depression, as well as keeping obsessive food cravings under control. The plant contains a high percentage of 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is the precursor to serotonin.

It does not contain gluten.
