Indications
Integra Glucontrol contains natural molecules, mainly of plant origin, which are a valid aid in the prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia, consequently allowing better control of body weight.
Active ingredients
- Gymnema: useful for sugar metabolism, it can increase the absorption of glucose by cells and improve the sensitivity of cells to insulin;
- Cinnamon: contains bioactive compounds, such as Cinnamaldehyde, which can help improve insulin sensitivity and slow the digestion of carbohydrates;
- Ginseng: contains compounds known as ginsenosides, which are a valid aid in improving insulin sensitivity;
- Banaba: Lagerstroemia Speciosa is rich in corosolic acids and tannins, which help make the role of insulin more efficient; the body is able to use insulin more efficiently, allowing cells to absorb glucose from the blood more easily;
- Phaseolamine: contained in common beans, has the ability to inhibit the alpha-amylase enzyme, thus reducing the absorption of complex sugars in the digestive tract. Phaseolamin is the scientific basis of the numerous carbohydrate- and legume-based dishes present in many cultures (the simultaneous intake of carbohydrates and legumes slows down the absorption of the carbohydrates themselves);
- Inositol: also known as vitamin B8, it can improve the balance of hormones involved in blood sugar regulation, such as insulin and progesterone;
- Chromium Picolinate: its main function is to act as a cofactor for insulin, it can help reduce insulin resistance, thus reducing blood sugar spikes after meals and helping to keep blood sugar levels more stable.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking two tablets a day, with water, before main meals.

Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place (<25°C) and away from sources of light and heat. Do not store in humid places, such as kitchens or bathrooms. The minimum durability date refers to the product.
