Indications
Hydro Plus is a supplement based on mineral salts, with vitamins for energy metabolism, taurine and a little carbohydrates; it fights dehydration which causes fatigue, cramps, difficulty contracting, and irritability.
Available in two flavors: lemon and orange.

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve 35 g in 500 ml of water, take during performance on the street or in the gym; as a drink during hot days to combat dehydration and exhaustion.
