Ingredients

Powder of: Sugar, Male orchid (Orchis mascula L.) tuber, Almond (Prunus dulcis Webb) seed; dry extract of: Ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal] root, Mandukparni (Centella asiatica L.) herba; cardamom powder (Elettaria cardamomum Maton.) seed; natural flavor.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 teaspoon (3 g) twice a day with meals, dissolved in hot or cold water.
