Indications
Supplement containing creatine, mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients, intended for adults who practice intense physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in the case of repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities*. Rhodiola, eleutherococcus, ginseng, and astragalus have a tonic-adaptogenic action. Furthermore, rhodiola and ginseng are useful, together with magnesium, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, and folic acid, in counteracting tiredness and excessive fatigue. *Beneficial effect achievable with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. Contains no caffeine, preservatives, colorants, flavorings or synthetic sweeteners.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 6 tablets one to three times a day at any time (6 to 18 tablets a day); suggested before and after intense physical activity. Close tightly after use.
