Indications
Gut Support Duo by Intoleran is a food supplement that contains a combination of probiotics and herbs to support gut function and digestion; the package contains two types of capsules:
- Probiotics (morning): enteric-coated capsules with 5 specially selected bacterial strains, providing 12 billion beneficial bacteria per capsule;
- Spice and Herb Blend (evening): capsules containing a blend of ginger, mint, and coriander to support gut function and digestion. Additionally, the capsules contain the amino acid L-glutamine.

Ingredients per probiotic capsule: filler (acacia gum), stabilizer: capsule (HPMC, gellan gum), lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM: 5 mM CFU*, lactobacillus plantarum LP01: 1 mM CFU*, bacillus coagulans Unique IS-2: 2 mM CFU*, bifidobacterium breve BR03: 2 mM CFU*, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019: 2 mM CFU*, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids). *CFU = colony-forming units.
Ingredients per spice and herb mix capsule: peppermint extract 170 mg (mentha x piperita L.), ginger extract 150 mg (zingiber officinale rhizome), coriander 100 mg (coriandrum sativum L.), stabilizer: capsule (HPMC), L-glutamine 50 mg, anti-caking agent (silica).
Suitable for vegetarians. Free from soy and gluten.

Directions for use and dosage
Take 1 capsule of probiotics in the morning with breakfast and 1 capsule of spices and herbs shortly before dinner with a glass of water.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule of probiotics and 1 capsule of spices and herbs per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product can be used both short-term and long-term. It is recommended to use gut support duo for at least 4-8 weeks. For use by children 6 years of age and older.
