Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 cups of herbal tea per day as needed, preferably in the evening before bed. To ensure optimal extraction of the active ingredients, it should be left to infuse for about 5-7 minutes in boiling water, taking care to cover the cup to avoid dispersing the volatile substances. Drink as is or, if necessary, sweetened with honey.
