Indications

Griffonia by Arcangea  is a food supplement based on Griffonia plant extracts. Griffonia seeds are used to regulate mood, sleep and appetite and can be used as a dietary supplement. It can therefore be useful in cases of mild depression, mood swings, insomnia, migraines and tension headaches. Also indicated for overweight people to regulate appetite and carbohydrate cravings.

Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia) seeds dry extract (Tit. 25% in 5-hydroxytryptophan) 800 mg*, Anti-caking agents: Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon dioxide
*Average content of characterizing ingredients per maximum daily dose of 2 tablets (824 mg)

Directions for use and Dosage

1 or 2 tablets per day.
