Indications

Ingredients

Griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) baill.) seed dry extract (titrated at 20% in 5-HTP) 300 mg; inulin; maltodextrin.
Capsule ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
