Directions for use and dosage
The single essence can be taken directly by placing 7 drops in a little water, morning and evening, or diluted.
To prepare a dilution of one or more single flowers, use a 30ml bottle with a dropper. Add three-quarters of water, one-quarter of brandy as a preservative, and 7 drops of each single essence you intend to use.
It is generally recommended not to combine more than 4 or 5 Essences.
