Greenmix Lem is a concentrate of polyphenols, vitamins, and natural minerals that can be taken as a complement to a normal diet; it is intended as a product to "support" the body's normal response to psychophysical stress, illness, and everyday life. It can be taken both if you are already unwell and as a support for borderline or normal health conditions. It can be combined with any other Lemuria product.
Regarding its indications, GreenMix Lem can be defined as a product for all seasons. Spinach leaves have supportive and restorative properties. Tea leaves have a tonic effect in cases of physical and mental fatigue. Swiss chard root, artichoke and cabbage leaves, tomato, blueberry, and cranberry fruits have antioxidant properties.

Directions for use and dosage
