Indications
Gludat is a food supplement based on Glutathione, N-Acetylcysteine, Coenzyme Q10, Homotaurine, Copper, Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium, Vitamin D and Vitamin E with antioxidant activity, which supports detoxification processes and the immune system. Copper, Zinc, Selenium and Vitamin E which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; Magnesium which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and electrolyte balance; Magnesium and Copper which contribute to normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin D and Magnesium contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and normal muscle function.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water or other suitable liquid.
