Ingredients

Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre R.Br.) leaves micronized powder 840 mg; Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre R.Br) leaves dry extract tit. in 25% gymnemic acid 560 mg.; Gelatin capsules.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 capsules of  Erbex Gimnema  half an hour before main meals.
