Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylcellulose; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) aerial part dry extract titrated at 0.2% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, L-theanine, red poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) flowers dry extract; anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; corn starch, flavoring, melatonin.

Directions for use and Dosage
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, we recommend taking 1 tablet (corresponding to 1 mg of Melatonin) with a little water before bedtime.
