Diosmin acts at the microcirculation level, increasing resistance and reducing vascular permeability, as well as increasing lymphatic drainage. Horse Chestnut helps reduce capillary permeability and has an anti-inflammatory effect, helping to reduce edema, pain, and itching. Directions for use and Dosage
