Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water, mix well and drink immediately.
Warnings

Precautions: the product contains polyols. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum daily dose of caffeine of 400 mg from all sources.
