Ingredients
Purified pollen extract; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium oxide, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.

Directions for use
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the evening, swallowed with a glass of water.
It is recommended to take the product continuously and at the same dose to maintain its effectiveness.
