Indications
Esyon Melatonin Orosolubile Superfast by Syrio is a food supplement based on Melatonin in rapid-release orodispersible tablets that dissolve in the mouth without the need for water. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep at a dose of 1 mg (1 tablet), if taken shortly before bedtime. It is also useful for alleviating the effects of jet lag. The effect in case of jet lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, on the first day of travel and continuing for a few days after arriving at the destination.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol (supported on corn starch), mannitol, cellulose; stabilizers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; flavoring, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin, sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose.

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 orodispersible tablet to dissolve under the tongue shortly before bedtime, without the need for water. With a pleasant chamomile flavor.
