Indications

Ergovis Mg+K is a food supplement based on magnesium and potassium useful for supplementing your diet or meeting increased needs for these nutrients.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Gluten-free. Naturally lactose-free.

Composition

Sucrose; acidifier: citric acid; acidity regulator: disodium hydrogen carbonate; potassium citrate, orange flavoring, magnesium citrate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (nano); Coloring: beta-carotene.

Directions for use and dosage

We recommend taking 3 sachets per day, dissolving the contents of one sachet in half a glass of water.
