Indications
Herbal tea based on carefully selected herbs to promote physiological intestinal function. Thanks to the presence of Senna, Cascara and Rhubarb, the product helps regulate intestinal functions, while Mallow has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system.
The formula of this digestive herbal tea is completed by Fennel, Licorice, Lemon Balm and Taraxacum to support digestive functions.
Ingredients
Senna (Cassia angustifolia M. Vahl) leaves, Cascara (Rhamnus purshiana DC) bark, Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit, Rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L.) rhizome, Mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) flowers and leaves, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg.) root.
Nutritional Values
Quantities per maximum recommended daily dose (2 filter sachets)*: Senna leaves 1.2 g; Cascara bark 1 g; Licorice root 600 mg; Fennel fruit 400 mg; Rhubarb rhizome 400 mg; Mallow flowers and leaves 200 mg; Lemon balm leaves 120 mg; Dandelion root 80 mg.
* The amounts indicated refer to the ingredients contained in 2 filter sachets and not to the infusion.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 filters per day as needed, preferably in the evening before bed. To ensure optimal extraction of the active ingredients in Erbalax Forte herbal tea, place a filter bag in a cup, pour boiling water (about 150 ml) over it, and let it steep for about 5-7 minutes, taking care to cover the cup to avoid losing the volatile substances.
Drink as is or, if necessary, sweeten with honey.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Consume by the date shown on the package.
