Indications
Horsetail is a useful supplement for demineralization (rickets, fractures, various bone lesions), for post-traumatic and static edema, oliguria, albuminuria, inflammation of the renal pelvis, hemorrhages (the fresh plant would be more active), collagenopathies, acne, psoriasis, seborrhea, alopecia.
Remineralizing (silicon promotes the absorption of phosphorus and the deposition of calcium), elasticizing, protective of connective tissue (essential for maintaining the proper functioning of the arteries), detoxifying (helps eliminate uric acid and urea), hemostatic (calcium promotes the conversion of prothrombin into thrombin), antianemic (stimulates hematopoiesis), diuretic (aqueretic).
