Glutathione is a tripeptide, a small protein molecule composed of three amino acids: L-Cysteine, L-Glycine, L-Glutamic acid.
Glutathione is naturally synthesized by the liver; it is present in almost all cells of the human body; It is found in abundance inside hepatocytes, in renal and cardiac cells and in the brain.
The role of the product is to integrate the levels of endogenous glutathione which, in fact, can decrease due to:
- alcohol intake;
- drug intake;
