Indications
Eosed is a food supplement of Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6 and Melatonin with plant extracts of Griffonia, Magnolia, Melissa, Valerian and St. John's Wort, indicated to provide a supplemental intake of these nutrients in case of deficiency or increased need.
- Melatonin: Contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; this beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Griffonia, Melissa, St. John's Wort: They can promote relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.

Valerian: It can promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Ingredients
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., radix) dry extract, Griffonia (Griffonia semplicifolia DC., semen) dry extract, Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis R., flos) dry extract, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., herba) dry extract 4% rosmarinic acid, St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L., herba) dry extract 0.3% hypericin, Melatonin. Other ingredients: filling agent: maltodextrin; Film-coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, food shellac.
Vitamin B6 hydrochloride, Vitamin B1.
Directions for use and dosage
1 tablet, preferably taken in the evening, about half an hour before bedtime; swallow without chewing.
Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not take before driving or using machinery that requires special attention. If you are taking medications, seek medical advice before using the product because St. John's Wort can interfere with their metabolism, possibly inhibiting their activity. St. John's Wort extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
