Indications
Energy by Integrattiva is a food supplement for adults based on titrated extracts of Rhodiola, Guarana, and Cocoa, with Arginine, N-Acetylcarnitine, and Taurine. Rhodiola is a tonic-adaptogen with a tonic action in cases of physical and mental fatigue. Guarana is a useful tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, helps stimulate metabolism, and promotes body weight balance. Cocoa has a tonic, metabolic support and antioxidant action.

Water, fructose, arginine L-aspartate, L-acetyl-N-carnitine hydrochloride, taurine; stabilizer: glycerol; cocoa (Theobroma cacao L., seeds) dry extract tit. 10% theobromine, rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L., roots) dry extract tit. 3% rosavins, guarana (Paullinia cupana H.S.K., seeds) dry extract tit. 10% caffeine, flavoring; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidity regulator: sodium hydroxide; thickener: xanthan gum; Sweetener: sucralose. Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 giala per day as is or diluted in 100-150 ml of water or other Liquid. Take 1 vial 30-40 minutes before any activity you wish to improve performance. Do not take the product before bedtime or in the hours immediately before sleep.
