Indications

Energinina promotes the replenishment of mineral salts in cases of deficiencies, containing potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, zinc, and vitamin B2. It is recommended in cases of weakness, asthenia, during sports training, or in periods of great heat; magnesium deficiency is also responsible for menstrual syndrome in young girls.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin; tribasic potassium citrate; magnesium citrate; bulking agent: calcium phosphate; acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium oxide; sodium bicarbonate; flavoring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); zinc gluconate; Sweetener: sucralose; riboflavin (vitamin B2).

Directions for Use and Dosage

Take 1 or 2 sachets daily.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a glass of water and stir. If possible, avoid acidic and/or carbonated drinks to dissolve the sachet.

Warnings

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Not recommended for individuals with known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. The supplement is contraindicated in cases of hypertension. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for prolonged periods without consulting a doctor.
