Indications
Food supplement based on magnesium and potassium, with zinc, creatine, carnitine and taurine, vitamins B12, C, B6, B1, folic acid, and plant extracts, indicated in cases of low dietary intake or increased need for these nutrients. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and, together with potassium, contributes to normal muscle function. Ginseng and Pfaffia have an antioxidant effect and, together with Eleutherococcus, a tonic-adaptogenic effect. Cordyceps has a tonic and metabolic support action. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal acid-base metabolism. Vitamin B12, B6, C, folic acid, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 1 to 2 sachets per day. Pour the contents of one sachet into a glass of water (180 mL), stir well, and consume immediately after preparation.
Warnings
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. The product contains polyols, excessive consumption of which may have laxative effects. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The minimum shelf life refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
