Dynamicamag Puro is a supplement that contains very pure magnesium, important for various functional aspects of the body and for this reason it is important to ensure an adequate daily intake (approximately 375 mg per day - 100% NRV). The "24h bifase" magnesium technology is specific for the different needs of the human body. There is a two-phase release:

• Immediate release (1 hour);
• Sustained release (24h).

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to dissolve 1 scoop (3 g) or 2 scoops (6 g) of powder as needed in a glass of water (about 200 ml) and mix well before drinking. Any undissolved powder residue in the glass can be taken by adding a little water.
