Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200ml) or preferably in 500ml of water. Stir well before drinking.
Any unsolubilized powder residue in the glass can be swallowed by adding a little water.
It is recommended to take DynamicaMag Crampyx in the morning if muscle discomfort occurs during the day, or in the evening if you are more prone to discomfort at night.
The product is correctly dosed for just one dose per day. Thanks to the special gradual release technology of magnesium, this mineral will support the body for 24 hours.
