DulcoSoft has a physical mechanism of action and performs its action in a gentle way: it is not absorbed by the body and does not give rise to the production of gas.
The main component is Macrogol 4000, an osmotic laxative that retains water. It acts as a water transporter and delays intestinal absorption, causing an increase in the amount of water in the colon. It softens stools and increases their volume.
It is suitable for children 8 years and older, the elderly, pregnant women (under medical supervision), celiac disease and diabetics. Unflavored, sugar-free, and gluten-free.

Macrogol 4000, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Purified water.
Directions for use and dosage
Dilute with a beverage of your choice, cold or hot (about 150 ml).
Adults and children over 8 years: 20-40 ml of solution per day, preferably taken in a single dose in the morning.
Children between 4-7 years: 16-32 ml of solution per day, preferably taken in a single dose in the morning.
Children between 2-3 years: 8-16 ml of solution per day, preferably taken in a single dose in the morning.
Use in children under 12 years of age should preferably take place under medical supervision.
