Indications

Dream expert melatonin is a food supplement based on Melatonin (1 mg), Tryptophan (75 mg) and Vitamin B6 (0.85 mg). Melatonin contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6, in addition to contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function, is indicated to help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Composition

Tryptophan, microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin, vitamin B6, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 tablet of Melatonin Dream Expert per day shortly before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
