DORMIR is a food supplement based on California poppy, a plant indicated to promote a relaxing effect and promote physiological night-time rest, tryptophan and vitamin B6. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
